An Insight to the Creation Process

Process

Once an order is placed, I get started. I pull your setting and create a personalized order tag, if you have any special requests please feel free to send me a message. I ask for inclusions to be to me within 6 weeks of placing the order. Once I have the inclusions I get started on hand crafting a unique one of a kind stone. I carefully create, mold, sand, shape, set and finish each piece as if it were my own memories being preserved. Because this process is individual to every order, no one piece will ever be identical.

Policy

Please have inclusions mailed to me within 6 weeks of placing your order. I reserve the right to cancel any orders that I have not received inclusions or communication for after the 6 week window. Ashes have their own unique color I can not guarantee the color that the ashes will naturally turn. I will always stand behind my stones, please reach out if there is an issue. Each piece is individual and may not look exactly the same as the ones listed on this site (who wants the same thing anyways!?)

  • 1 oz of milk or 1/4 tsp of ashes

  • Of course, I love getting the chance to think outside the box. If you have something in mind I would love to make it come true. Feel free to send me a message and we can create the perfect piece.

  • Yes of course. However, I am unable to return any milk.

  • Generally 6-8 weeks but sometimes sooner

  • I mostly use 925 sterling silver in order to make pieces affordable, plated yellow and rose are available as well. However, I can also use solid yellow, white and rose gold.

  • Yes, I charge $8 for shipping within the continental US. International shipping will vary.

  • I am happy to accommodate changes if I can, but I can't always guarantee the changes.

  • Clean gently with a soft tooth brush and polishing cloth. Avoid chemicals, and extended water exposure.

  • With proper care this jewelry is designed to last a life time. I highly recommend a silver polishing cloth (No silver paste!)

  • The short answer is yes, in moderation. I recommend removing for extended water exposure.

  • You can go to any jewelry store to have your finger sized. If meeting in person, I am happy to get it for you. Or, you can also purchase an inexpensive ring sizer on amazon.

  • No, as long as the jewelry is cared for it will not fade or yellow. Since the milk is put through a preservation process and turned into a powder, it will not leak or mold.

  • Yes, the age of the milk does not matter.

  • It is super simple, the milk does not need to stay cold. I recommend double bagging milk and ashes and sending in a padded envelope or small box.

  • Absolutely!

  • Yes, once I preserve the milk I store it in a sealed package for additional future purchases. If requested I will also label and store remaining ashes, otherwise remaining ashes are returned with finished piece.

  • I generally use 925 Sterling silver, rose gold plated sterling silver and yellow gold plated sterling silver to make my jewelry affordable, however I can get some settings in solid yellow, white or rose gold.
